[Ec] Who made the motion to cancel the meeting

I'm with you in that confusion. Because I thought it *was *her motion to
cancel, but Chris yesterday said something like "it didn't come from the
work group"... but perhaps he meant it emerged in the Board's process.

I do think the first person to say some version of proposing cancellation
may have been Virginia? But in the form that was voted on, I do think April
raised the motion?
