[Ec] Who made the motion to cancel the meeting

Unfortunately, in the Board Minutes of February 7th, I did not say who brought the motion to the floor. I just said a motion was made to cancel ....

I remember I asked April to slow down and clarify what the motion was. Now, whether she is the person who initiated it, I cannot remember. I just remember typing what she said so I could get the motion right in the minutes. I will make sure to put names to motions in the future.
