We invite you to prepare for the discussion group by watching the “New Worlds Rising” episode of the PBS documentary Series: Native America. You can watch it here\, New Worlds Rising (you may have to create an account\, but it is free to view on the website or through the PBS app). This episode documents the preservation of Native American life\, history\, and culture through acts of resistance\, small and large.
