[Ec] Concise agenda for tomorrow

Hi everyone,

I thought the conference that I was attending wouldn't start until 10
Central but it actually starts at 8:30 in the morning so I won't be able to
make it.

I'm upset that I've missed so much and I'm sorry that I haven't carried my
weight on the EC properly. Hopefully that changes soon.
