[Ec] Scheduling follow-up and agenda for tomorrow

Following up on our discussion regarding scheduling, *could folks complete

(I haven't added any Thursday evening times yet, as I'm working out a
client scheduling issue, but I may be able to add a few of those if we
don't identify sufficiently workable times.)

For our meeting tomorrow at 10:45am, I want to discuss the upcoming member
meeting (tomorrow night) and the upcoming Board meeting -- a week from
Saturday. Relatedly (and this all coincides) I want to focus on unfilled
roles, especially the Annual Conference. Any other agenda items?
