[Ec] Agenda for tomorrow

Hi team:

Admittedly, I'm still getting back to speed with everything work related,
including EGPS, post holidays. I hope everyone had time to relax and enjoy
their loved ones.

Here are my thoughts on agenda for tomorrow:

   - Accounts and logistics: post-admin role clarifications
      - Email/"Contact Us" Form
      - Mail-Chimp
   - Equine event
   - Member meeting in late January: any specific framing/theme?
   - Open BoD role checking in, next steps

Anything else?

Also, a scheduling note: I am unavailable on Jan 15. Unless something
changes with my client schedule, I also don't have any rescheduling options
next week. If the 3 of you are still available, I propose you meet as
usual, but I also support if all think it is best to delay until the
following week.
