[Ec] Meet this week? And confirmed EC meeting times for Feb-May

Hi EC:

I believe it would be in our interest as an EC to meet tomorrow at 10:00am
if at least three of us are free. What does the group think?

Beyond that, I am confirming the following remaining dates for EC meetings
(I'd like us to tentatively scheduled three meetings in April, but we may
decide to cancel one of them):

   - Mon Feb 23 at 5:00pm
   - Thurs March 12 at 10:00am
   - Sun March 22 at 5:00pm
   - Thurs April 9 at 10:00am
   - Mon April 20 at 5:00pm
   - Sun April 26 at 5:00pm
   - Thurs May 7 at 10:00am
   - Sun May 17 at 5:45pm

Not everyone is necessarily free for all of these dates, but for at least
3/4 of us all should work.
