Option 4. This is so chaotic and I fear catastrophic. The membership will
splinter like the Board. If this option is chosen, I suggest EZ vote for
anonymity.

Option 1 doesn’t seem to be working.

You left off Option 5. Let the vote stand.

Option 6 - Postpone the Fireside Chat until the Board gets together and
revisit this item. Have a special meeting and then revote.

To me, the first consideration should be how to keep the damage and fallout
to a minimum. Then, come back and address this issue when cooler heads
prevail. Very few people will remember the fireside chat. Most people will
remember how it was handled and the binary stance taken by the Board.
