Under the "Detailed Schedule" tab, I've listed out the proposed flow and
specific questions and prompts for our work together. If folks have time to
look through those and propose any additions or changes to the
questions/prompts, I welcome that. Christine, I put your name next to the
whole-group intro convo about "Vibrant EGPS"... I wonder if you're up for
sharing some thoughts and starting that dialogue? I'll take the lead on
most of the structure and transitions, and Fanita and Christine will join
in as co-leaders throughout (and we'll all contribute as members as well).

We'll aim to have David on Zoom at least for half of the Business meeting.

I'll be sending out detailed arrival instructions to the Board tomorrow.
