[Ec] today's EC meeting

Hi EC,

I may not make it to the EC meeting this morning - depends on whether my
doctor's appointment stays on schedule or not. I had some severe episodes
of vertigo last week and need to get checked by an audiologist.

If I don't make it to the meeting, I'll accept any assignment before or
during the Advance except for staying after 5pm. I have another commitment
(in my apartment) that begins at 5:15pm (a 3-day retreat for another
organization).
