[Ec] Operational Procedure Log

Hi EC,

Yay to getting the ec listserv working again!

As we prepare for Jan’s transition on *December 19*, I’ve created a
new *Operational
Procedures Log

in Google Sheets. This will give us a central place to capture the
processes that have historically lived in one person’s head or computer,
and it will lay the groundwork for a more complete Operations Manual moving
forward.

The log is organized by committee, with a Master Tracker tab that gives an
overview of our progress. It’s designed to help us become less dependent on
any one individual and more consistent in how we run the organization.

I’ll walk us through the log in tomorrow’s meeting and share how we can all
contribute to making it useful - *after* the Advance. For now, I just
wanted you to know it’s ready and available here:
