[Ec] Jan retirement gift/celebration

Hi team:

Quick notes about the plans to celebrate Jan and her retirement.

   - The task force is proposing gifting Jan a nice bowl that will also
   serve as a receptacle at the Conference for people to place notes of well
   wishes, memories, and gratitude.
      - The bowl idea is tied to an old EGPS ritual of gifting new
      presidents a bowl, as an appreciation for the role of "holding" the
      organization
   - The week of the conference we will also launch a "Kudoboard" where
   folks can post text, video, audio appreciations, either publicly or
   privately. Check it out here: kudoboard.com/boards/ztcRQDDR/ and you
   could post a genuine contribution if you want to test it out.

The bowl <https://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/dorset-serving-bowl>
that has been identified by the task force costs $200 -- our policy has
been that expenses less than $250 can be approved by the
EC/president/treasurer.* I'd like to get a quick thumbs up from you three
on this purchase, especially from the treasurer.*
