[Ec] Agenda for Thursday's EC and an announcement

Hi team:

Jonathan has chosen to resign from the Membership Committee and the Board.
I will share more on Thursday about this.

We'll discuss this on Thursday, as well as our plan for the Board meeting
on Sunday.

I'd also like to talk about the emerging Communications Committee.

Finally I will share about the ASA retreat.
