Yes, Christine, I had a similar thought. Reaching out more for
feedback/exit interview would be both a good data point, and could also
serve as a final reminder in case any of these folks did miss our outreach.
And yes, they have all been removed from member access to the website and
are not tagged as "Members" in Mailchimps (re: MailChimp, we've now
consolidated to just one Contact list, but folks who are Members are tagged
as such, so we can direct communications just to them if we so choose).
David, I see you put your name down on your TP class. I like that idea of
you being the one to reach out, given that you could speak directly to that
experience of deciding whether or not to continue as a member after the TP.
I also support flexibility in our Membership Fees for anyone who needs it,
which we could message explicitly.
