[Ec] Non-renewal list

Outreach this year as I understand it:

   - Summer: Normal reminders every member received (to whole membership)
   - Oct: "Individualized" mail merge letter
   - Early Nov: Blind copy email from Jan
   - Late Nov: Blind copy email from me (warning of being removed formally
   from Email list etc, which at this point they have been removed from the
   email list)

As far as I know, Membership Committee didn't do any one-on-one
calls/communication.

There is a chance some of these reminders went to spam? If that's the case,
further follow-up makes sense. Otherwise, we do run the risk of redundancy
verging on harassment. That's why I'd prioritize personal over generic
outreach at this point.

Two successes: After our convo a couple of weeks ago, Fanita sent a great
email to Erin Dogan which resulted in a quick renewal; and I assume
unknowingly, when you sent that email celebrating Latasha Smith's article,
Christine, she hadn't yet renewed her membership, but did shortly after.

Let's discuss on Thursday. I certainly want to delegate this out to
Membership, but the current Committee would need clear direction and
support, yes, potentially from the BoD as a whole.
