[Ec] Non-renewal list

Wow, this is quite a list. Some surprises on it.
One conversation we might consider is scholarships in case there's a
non-renewal from someone facing hard times. A couple of people on the list
may be in that group.
Another question, do we know if there have been conversations or only
emails with people on the list?
